By downloading, installing, or using VoiNote - AI Note Taker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VoiNote is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

• Audio-to-text transcription services
• AI-powered content summarization
• Interactive Q&A functionality
• YouTube video analysis
• Audio file upload and processing
• Smart search capabilities

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Subscription Plans

We offer both weekly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.

Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the app store from which you purchased the subscription (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload or process content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App to process sensitive personal information of others without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all audio recordings and content you upload to the App. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services.

Our Intellectual Property

The App, including its AI technology, user interface, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI and Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated transcriptions, summaries, and responses may contain errors. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates with prior notice when possible.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
